Google Advertisements Account Managers Should Not Contact Clients Straight

There are a growing variety of reports across the web of Google Ads accounts managers threatening to contact clients straight, in spite of not being enabled to.

According to the reports, firms who do not react to e-mails from Google Advertisements account managers are being met with risks from Google representatives to contact customers directly.

Sometimes, the Google Advertisements account managers call customers and inform them to drop their agencies.

There are two things to make clear here:

  1. Agencies are not needed to speak to Google representatives
  2. At no point should a Google Ads account manager call a firm’s customer
